Software Engineers:

Senior Statistical Programmer Analyst:

Primary Location: 2000 Sierra Point Parkway, Brisbane, CA 94005.

Second Location: 12020 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite:100, Reston, VA 20191

Manage study deliverables (single study), ensuring that timelines are met and expected quality is attained.
Train and/or mentor junior level programmers.
Liaise with Data Management and Biostatistics for database and dataset specifications, timelines, and quality requirements.
Create and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets and associated submission deliverables in compliance with published industry standards and project/study specific requirements.
Create and validate TFL output in compliance with study specific requirements.
Receive, import, and verify the structure of external data.
Create and maintain supporting documentation.
Assist in creation of automated, standard programming; SAS macros and stored procedures as required.
Contribute to departmental process improvements; SOPs and WIs.
Maintain professional currency through:
Demonstrable expertise in SAS analysis and reporting programming.
Demonstrable expertise with CDISC CDASH, SDTM, ADaM, DEFINE-XML, and/or controlled terminology.
Implementation of standard clinical data solutions best practices from CRF design through data analysis and reporting.
Attendance and presentation at appropriate scientific meetings and conferences.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Senior Business Analyst
Lead the analysis, documentation, and development of business requirements, and ensure that requirements are fully understood by the technical team before solutions are designed and implemented. Facilitate innovative solutions that meet the specified requirements and add value to the business. Collaborate with the Project Manager to document the project scope, objectives, and added value or benefit expectations, using an integrated set of analysis and modeling techniques. Model processes to clarify business requirements, and to enhance or re-engineer business processes, prior to, or in parallel with, solution design and implementation, as necessary. As needed, review the Performance Qualification (PQ) document(s) prior to authorization and execution, to ensure that it incorporates previously-captured requirements, and includes tests or test steps that explicitly address each identified user requirement. Collaborate with internal functional groups by adhering to established processes to ensure that business requirements are delivered through successful project implementation of optimal, cost-effective solutions. Use Agile methodologies and go-to-market strategy.

Salary: $95,000.00/year
